Cranberry Tuna Melts

Cranberry Tuna Melts


Serves 4

½ lb. cooked tuna (or 2 cans of solid white albacore)
¼ cup of Paradise Meadow® sweetened dried cranberries
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon dried dill
4 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
8 slices whole wheat or whole grain bread
Butter for bread


Combine the first four ingredients and mix well. Butter one side of each piece of bread ad lay four slices of the bread, butter side down, in a skillet. Place the tuna mixture and a slice of cheese on each slice and cover with the other slice of bread, butter side up. Cook until the bread is nicely browned and the cheese has melted, turning as needed.
