Spiced Cranberry Dip

Spiced Cranberry Dip

Yields 2 cups


  • 2 cups of Paradise Meadow® fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup of sugar (you may substitute 2/3 cups of Agave nectar for this recipe)
  • 2/3 cups of chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish (you may use more or less depending on the taste)
  • 2 tablespoons of dry red wine 


Cook the cranberries with the sugar until the cranberries pop and the desired consistency is reached. Remove from the heat and cool. Add the remaining ingredients to the cranberry sauce combine well and chill. Serve this as a dip with shrimp, chicken, tofu or crackers.
