Chocolate Covered Cranberries

Chocolate Covered Cranberries

Yields 4 cups


  • 4 cups Paradise Meadow┬«┬ácranberries, fresh, not frozen
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips (feel free to substitute any chocolate chips for this recipe: white, semi-sweet, or dark)
  • 2 tablespoons butter


Melt the chocolate chips and butter on top of a double boiler. Stick a toothpick into each cranberry and dip into chocolate to coat. Place on a wax paper covered tray and refrigerate until firm.
