	Own 9 farms in southeast Massachusetts maintaining over 1,000 acres of open space and providing habitat for several species of rare and endangered plants and animals.
	Integrated Pest Management used on all agricultural properties
	Provide cultural management support for over a dozen contracted organic cranberry growers.
	Certified organic manufacturer of cranberry products
	Recently converted 1/4 million cu ft of Manufacturing and warehouse space to high efficiency lighting
	Closed loop manufacturing water supply on site: groundwater supply, filtration, wastewater treatment, groundwater recharge
	Manufacturing water use in last 5 years reduced >50% through waste minimization while increasing manufacturing capacity.
	On site waste water treatment plant utilizes captured methane from the anaerobic treatment unit to fuel its boiler. Electrical co-generation feasibility study completed for this facility.
	Currently conducting a wind turbine electrical system pilot study.
	Company permitted composting facility processes over 2,500,000 lb. annually of its own organic wastes while providing organics disposal options for area farms, municipalities and businesses.
